What we provide is:

We recognise that organisations are not totally composed of high fliers, and that ordinary employees can have an extraordinary impact on an organisation's performance.
We believe that staff learn more when:
- they can see a ready application for the programme content;
- management support the programme and encourage staff to apply what they
have learned;
- the learning environment is one of encouragement, trust and mutual respect.
Staff will bring to the programme varying degrees of prior learning and experience. Our programmes build on that experience, and give delegates the opportunity to learn from each other as well as from the effectiveness.co.uk programme facilitator.
Delegates will often ask the most searching questions after they have actually tried out what they have learned. Facilitator support is therefore available for an agreed period afterwards as an inclusive part of the programme.
