We have three main vehicles for the development of staff:

Personal Effectiveness Workshop

This workshop imparts and explores practices targeted at improving personal effectiveness, and is based upon The Six Key Practices of Personal Effectiveness.

The programme can be run in-house or offsite, to meet your own preferences. The workshop can be one or two days. We are flexible on how the workshop is delivered: for instance, this can be done as multiple part-day sessions or over a weekend if preferred.

Effectiveness Culture Programmes

This is a much more tailored approach which first reveals the issues blocking effectiveness or performance in some key area by using the Quo Vadis' Painstorming process (a procedure specifically designed to identify problems). This is followed by the Personal Effectiveness Workshop. A number of meetings are then facilitated by us, which are targeted at the issues originally identified. The aim is to begin the creation of an effectiveness culture within the group concerned.

Assisted Personal Development

This consists of one to one coaching, mentoring and training for individuals. This can include a personalised review of the Six Key Practices if the foundation workshop has not been attended.
